Impact 1040 is a short-depth, 1U rackmount system constructed largely from aluminium and equipped with either a Pentium 4 or Celeron processor. Five hot swappable cooling fans and four removable IDE drive bays are provided. The system features temperature monitoring and fan failure alarms together with the ability to boot from LAN.
